Where is the depot?
Our depot is at Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier, in the Lausanne area (canton of Vaud), Switzerland.
Do I need to live in Switzerland?
No. Most of our customers live abroad. You can ship items to us from anywhere and manage everything online.
How do I send my items?
Drop them off in Crissier during opening hours, ship them by post or courier with your customer number on the label, or book a pickup anywhere in Switzerland.
Can I visit or take items back in person?
Yes. Book an appointment by e-mail and we prepare your items for collection at our depot.
How is the space measured?
A standard box measures 60×40×40 cm (about 0.1 m³). Suitcases and other items are counted by their volume. If you go over your plan we suggest the next one — we never charge without asking.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes, basic insurance is included in every plan (up to CHF 2,000, 5,000 or 10,000 depending on the plan). Extended cover is available for valuable items.
How quickly do you ship items back?
Return requests are processed within 2 business days. Express shipping is available.
What happens to customs when you ship abroad?
We prepare the customs paperwork. Duties and taxes of the destination country are paid by you, either to the carrier or invoiced by us at cost.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from your account or with one e-mail, effective at the end of the paid period. We return or hand over your items first; shipping is at your cost.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and other methods offered by Stripe at checkout. Yearly plans give you 2 months free.
