MySwissDepot.ch is operated by ABC Office (ABC Translation LLC), Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier, Switzerland. Contact: order@abc-office.ch. This policy complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Data we collect
Identity and contact details you give us when ordering or writing to us; details of the items you store (inventory, photos, weights); billing information; and technical data needed to run the website (server logs). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To provide the storage contract, to ship and return your items, to invoice, to comply with legal obligations (accounting, customs, anti-money-laundering where applicable), and to answer your requests.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never stored by us. See stripe.com/privacy.
Our e-mail is hosted by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.
Photos of your items
Inventory photos are visible only to you and authorised staff, and are deleted 90 days after the end of your contract.
Retention
We keep contract and accounting data for 10 years as required by Swiss law, and other data only as long as needed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by writing to order@abc-office.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
