Provider

The storage services on MySwissDepot.ch are provided by ABC Office (ABC Translation LLC), Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier, Switzerland, VAT CHE-284.072.845.

Contract and term

The contract starts when your payment is confirmed and renews automatically each month or year according to the plan chosen. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Subscriptions are paid in advance by Stripe. Optional services, shipping costs, duties and taxes are invoiced separately.

Permitted items

You declare the contents of your items truthfully. Perishable, living, hazardous, flammable, illegal or stolen goods, weapons, cash and precious metals are excluded. We may refuse or inspect any item and inform the authorities where required by law.

Liability and insurance

We store your items with due care. Our liability is limited to the insurance amount of your plan unless you have taken extended cover. We are not liable for normal wear, inherent defects or force majeure.

Unpaid fees

If fees remain unpaid for 60 days after two reminders, we may suspend services and, after a further written notice of 30 days, exercise our right of retention over the stored items in accordance with Swiss law.

End of contract

At the end of the contract you collect your items or ask us to ship them at your cost within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
